Muoto is a small orchestration kernel for building the software-development workflow that fits you — not the workflow somebody else decided you should use.

Start with a simple task board and a coding agent. Then let that agent reshape Muoto itself: add review lanes, checks, execution strategies, integrations, frontends, or entirely different ways of working.

No workflow DSL. No prompt-based orchestration. No giant monolith.

This site is under active construction. Start with Getting Started when it lands, or read the engineering contracts in the repository (docs/DESIGN.md and docs/KERNEL_CONTRACT.md), which remain the source of truth for architecture decisions.
